I used to run in the evenings because I hate getting up early. But I've heard that it is healthier to do it in the morning, before your body fully wakes up - more bang for your buck, or something.
Haven't run for about two years now, actually. Gonna get a bike, and riding that will be in the evening, also. It's kinda hard to balance time between finishing work and doing household stuff, like making dinner, etc. Kudos to anyone that makes it to the gym multiple times a week. Far as I know, my little rural town doesn't have a gym; the closest being about 30 mins away. :/
