Who we are:

2 raid/guild leaders with experience reaching back to BC.
Currently 3/13 HM, experience pulling 5 total HM bosses. Researched/guides written for nearly every boss this tier.
12/12 HM ICC, 5/5 HM ToC (Mad Skill during current)
Contribute in every facet of the game, exceptional players, great personality, extremely knowledgable.

We want:
Late night, 11pm est or later.
An established guild. (not necessarily asking for one that's been around for 10 years, but a strong dedicated core)
At least 6/13 HM, prefer 10 man but 25's are acceptable.
Guaranteed raid spots, not a huge fan of the bench idea even when we ran a ten man group.

Basically we are just tired of being the whip that drives everyone, I want to fit into the raid and perform my role. More than happy to contribute on the forums, or in theory crafting discussion. In fact, we are both extremely active in this aspect. We bring a lot to the table, and feel we can benefit a number of guild styles.

First I will say, that both of you would have a guaranteed spot in our 25 man Weekday Group, we do not have a moon kin and only one dedicated warlock.

Who we are.

We are the premiere late night Thrall alliance raiding guild.
Overtime is currently the #2 ranked Alliance 25 man guild on Thrall
We expanded two man raiding groups per week (one weekend and one weekday) for Cataclysm.
Our weekday group is 25 man whereas our weekend group is 10 man working back to eventually having 25 man runs again.

We raid to have fun and progress through end-game content.

We are looking for folks that play their classes well, attend raids regularly and can avoid pillars of flame, void zones, fire trails, flying cows, poison bombs and other environmental hazards.
