Not sure where exactly to post this and its simply based on opinion.

What is the best/cheap Ventrillo Server to use?

IE: darkstarllc, maxfrag, igt, ugt, typefrag, etc.

I think typefrag. also you can use mumble which is free and from what I hear is better than fraps

I use TS3, you can set up a free server yourself if you want, think it supports 32 people (could be 64 no sure). It's very easy to set up and it doesn't cost you a lot of bandwidth

We use multiplay Ventrilo servers.

We have used a couple of company's now and the uptime, and customer service they have been the best. They are quick to make changes, in the past 2 years we have used them, we have had about 2 times where they went down for about 4/5 hours.

Darkstarllc was a nightmare in our experience. Although that was over 2 years ago now, so they may have changed.

Typefrag is excellent, along with the most common.

Some guy actually tried trolling my guild by calling us "amateurs" because we used Ventrilo, instead of the default WoW chat.
