Karazhan and Ulduar, both fantastic raids. Karazhan for the lore and the feel that you really were diving deep into a tower of eldritch magic, and Ulduar for the lore and the sense of wonder and amazement that you really were confronting an Old God.

as far as machanics graphics and w/e else i wont say..my personal favortie is kara tho..the theme the story the music the atmosphere just cant be beat

Ulduar and Kara are both the best. But I still think Ulduar was the absolute best. Should make a poll.

i did state kara was my personal fav..but ulduar was a bueatifully made raid instance and i commend blizz for the hard work put into it

My all time favorite was ZG, because it was when I first started raiding and 40 mans were beyond my reach at that point. Since then Uduar had might, majesty and the right feeling of danger and other worldliness to make a great raid. Kara once we could get past the opera event was pretty amazing. 3rd was Zul Aman, because it was the right amount of hard and fun

Karazhan , i dont see how Ulduar is any more amazing that ICC or Naxx , maybe people loved it because it was overtuned ?
