Because it isn't intended as a DPS win, it's an important quality of life / utility glyph, and thus major.

I guess you're right, I mean, it only increases mana regeneration, as opposed to the Mage Armor glyph which only increases mana regeneration.

Well, the Mage Armor Glyph actually increases DPS, whereas the Frost Armor one does not. This is talking PvE of course. Originally Posted by mrsake
