More or less. I have come to the conclusion that I probably need some sort of help and will start looking for some free clinic guidance that I can find, but what really irks me is that I did what I have always done before I came to this conclusion. I hid from Trydene and others that were worried about me, like I did when I was 5 and like I have always done all because I keep thinking of things that are so far ahead or I shouldn't be worrying about at all. I just can't seem to get out of my head after I think I have done something wrong. (Can't seem to get out of my head period.)

Eh, we all do childish things sometimes. The important thing is that we realize that they're childish, and can then try and do those behaviors less. Don't beat yourself up for it, just accept that what you did wasn't a reflection of who you want to be and move on.

That is true, although the not beating myself over it thing is harder for me to stop than anything else. Figures I get over one problem only for another to pop up, and I was having such a fun feeling having done that bike trip, but that only lasted 4 days.
