Feral clearcasting procs post-patch

Clearcasting procs post patch... either they've buffed the proc rate, I'm getting insanely good RNG fight after fight, or there's some glitch where it's not always being consumed (I've already had several instances where I've gotten off 3-5 straight shreds w/o consuming any energy).

Anyone else noticing anything out of the norm with this? It's making a massive impact (in a good way) to my dps - not used to beating out everyone but 1 hunter on fights (gearing is about same level as other raid members).

Yeah i've noticed as far as 8 procs in a row in BoT tonight. Don't know what's up.

I'd rather have a legimate dps increase. Rather than a glitchy one that impedes my ability to extend my rip and T11 buff.
