I did the ones in thunder bluff today...so they clearly will get people out of SW/Org even without a new reward or achi :P

Some people like doing dailies. My girlfriend is one of those people. She was very excited for the new dailies. To each their own I guess.

It would appear possibly that if you have already done the SW / Org fishing / cooking dailies, then you cannot do the dailies in your factions other cities.

You're still limited to doing one cooking and one fishing daily each day. You can't do the TB or UC dailies after you've done the OG ones.

I was still sad to see that you can only do 1 daily for cooking, and 1 for fishing, but it's an AMAZING difference to not do the same dailies over and over in Orgrimmar. Thunder Bluff is such a non-laggy place. Granted there are no portals, Org is only a few seconds away. Found me a new place to hearth.

If you do dailies on low level characters, you don't have to be hearthed at SW anymore. I personally will enjoy letting my alts in less laggy places
