Priest healing 4.1

With the coming of patch 4.1 there we're changes to both the disc and holy tree.
My priest is only an alt however if somebody could enlighten me on which of the two specs is better than the other for the time being please do share .

That's easy - try them both and see which is more comfortable for YOU. My personal preference is Holy but only because I was Discipline all throughout WoTLK and wanted to change.
