Nef Heroic 10 Bugged?

We just did nef 10 heroic but every time he would drop down to 30% and 20% electrocutes would hit the raid for about 140k to 150k killing almost everyone...

Is it happening to anyone else?

Most bosses are buggy as hell right now.

Your lock might respecced to Affliction.

Tell him not to use Curse of the Elements.
