[A-10-Stormreaver] <FTA> [6/13 HM] - LF MAGE or WARLOCK

<FTA> (6/13 HM) of US-Stormreaver is currently recruiting an exceptional Mage or Warlock for 10-man Heroic raids. We're the #1 10-man guild on our realm.

This is a FULL-TIME raiding position. This is NOT a "bench" spot. You will be raiding the day you join (assuming it's a raid day). Our preferences for this raid spot are a Mage or Warlock, however we will review any and all relevant DPS Caster applications. To be clear, there is one spot available.


Raiding Schedule (Central Time):

• Monday: Alt Raid (optional)
• Tuesday: 9 PM - 1 AM
• Wednesday: 9 PM - 1 AM
• Thursday: 9 PM - 1 AM

Do not be fooled by our light schedule, we are highly focused on Heroic progression. Simply put, we use our limited raiding time wisely and expect all of our raiders to be knowledgeable about all relevant boss encounters. We offer a stable raiding environment with a Hardcore attitude, on a less than Hardcore schedule.
Our main goals are to have fun raiding as well as maintain good Heroic progression now, in Firelands and beyond.


Interested applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Skillful at PvE

This is pretty broad, however, it simply means you are experienced with your class as well as having extensive raid experience and appropriate gear for current Heroic content. This is NOT the guild for you if this is going to be your first raiding guild.

• Motivated for PvE

Since our group is already 6 out of 13 for Heroic kills in this tier, the selected player will be expected to be ready to raid all of these Heroic encounters, plus any progression we are attempting. If we have to explain the basics of Maloriak to you, then this guild is NOT for you. This also includes having maxed professions and the ability to bring your own consumables to raids.

• Good attendance

Our raid group is tight-knit and as a 10-man we do not have room for subs or replacements. As such anyone who is selected must be able to promise at least 99% attendance. If you can't make one of the days or times listed above then this is NOT the guild for you.

• Be respectful

While we expect high attendace, we also realize that things do come up and sometimes a player might have to be late or even miss a raid. Though we expect such situations to be rare, we also expect that the player in question respect the other 9 members of the raid group enough to let someone know that you will be late or miss a raid. Though I must reiterate that WE WILL NOT tolerate bad attendace.

• No Drama Queens/Kings

We raid to have fun and enjoy ourselves. If you are someone who will get upset over loot or something related, then this is NOT the guild for you.
