Considering there are numerous Rets at 2.2k+, I think it's player issue not a class issue.

There's Elemental Shamans at 2.2k+, that means they're fine, right? Right!

Talen, do you agree with me that some people just WANT to believe that he doesn't know or that he hates classes?
And they could do more with feedback, no doubt about that.
But that is quite hard, especially when 95% has to do with L2P issues from people QQ'ing..

I doubt GC hates paladins, however it is very likely he simply gives the go ahead on any idea that sounds good because he is swamped with work. In the end his job entails handling the numbers & being a spokesman for the company, that alone is enough to keep anyone busy all the time.
However this does not excuse the actions of many of his employees, the fact that some of his key management officials have gone on record saying they dislike certain specs & have purposely kept them in horrible states, or the fact that time & time again certain design teams have made horrible decisions then countered the very design philosophy about how they wanted certain specs to work.

As for feedback, it would be much easier in the long run if they simply took more of it from the high end players. We already know they track them & what they do so it would not take much work to ask them for feedback & work with it.
