Paradigm - a Lvl 25 Horde Guild on Bloodhoof is opening recruitment for the following classes-

1-2 Healers (Excluding Disc priests)
2 Ranged DPS (Excluding Shadow Priests and Warlocks)
2-3 Melee DPS -All classes open.
Main spec tank recruitment is 100% closed.

Guild Format: Paradigm is a 25 man raiding guild that raids 4 nights a week, Monday-Thursday from 8:30pm- Midnight EST on the US-Bloodhoof server. We ask that you maintain 80% attendance or better through your trial period, and membership in general. It should also be noted that the majority of our raiders are fully functioning members of society, i.e. 25+ years old with degrees, careers, and some even have podlings. Of course we do have a few podlings in guild as well, but they are generally exceptional examples of well-raised people, not apathetic future convicts.

Progress: We are currently 3/13 25 man Heroic progression (12/12 25 man normals). We aim to start working on more Heroic fights with more regularity as we add new members to our roster.

General Raiding Requirements: We require that you come prepared to raids: toting consumables, as well as knowledge of encounter mechanics, and low enough levels of distractions and blood-alcohol to consistently perform your role while not standing in fires. We also would prefer that you have previous raiding experience as well as decent gear. However, gear is easily obtained, so do not allow a few weak pieces to keep you from applying. When evaluating an applicant’s gear, things like gems, spec, and enchants are better than epics at telling us how much time you have spent on your class and character. A qualified applicant will also be accepting of suggestions, criticism and be open to changes based on the advice given in their application thread. A more qualified applicant would not require the suggestions. A yet more qualified applicant would be able to successfully defend his or her character choices, possibly using flowcharts and/or mathematical formulae.

We are looking for members who want to progress, have a good time, and who are looking for an in game home for a significant period of time. The leadership of Paradigm has been roughly the same for the last four years and, as such, allows us to offer a very stable environment from which to raid. We do request that you read our guild charter and want to be here not just for gear and raids, but because you think you fit in with us and what we seek as a group of raiders and friends.
