Crit from Intellect?

Just now I checked the ingame tooltip on Intellect, and it says 4438 int increases critical strike chance by 7.75%. However, the same tooltip on my armory page says 6.84% instead, which is congruent with the combat ratings posted elsewhere. 7.75% makes more sense though, as the total is 15.79% unbuffed, which would be 7.75+5.04+3 (crit rating + frost talent added). Is there some major point I'm missing here?

Nope, crafted belt, and 2 blue rings. The amount of int stays the same on both (4438) but the added crit is different. Furthermore, I also found out that buffing myself with drums (+4% int) makes the ratio change, 4460 int for 8.09% crit. Armory is http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/characte.../pent/advanced if needed.
