ZG - Unable to leave combat

Two ZG attempts last night and both ended with us having to disband the party. At some random point (happened in different spots each time) we would get stuck permanently in combat. So basically anyone that died or ended up out of the zone could not zone back in or get rez'd. Using feign death, vanish, logging out and back in, ect all failed.

Anyone else seen this happen or figure out a way to get out of combat?

I've done it a couple of times, and it looks like those AOE packs are causing us to stick in combat.
