    [Movies] V for Vendetta

"Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy... And ideas are bulletproof." - V.

When I watched this movie years ago, it was one of the best movies I had seen at that time. Today, I decided to rewatch it. And it's still beautiful.

Have you watched this movie? What do you think of it?

Seen it countless times, and currently my favourite movie of all time. I fucking love it!

The epic monologes from V, and the references to old movies and music.
"Some people believe football is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed with that attitude. I can assure you it is much, much more important than that".
    Bill Shankly
"You're playing worse and worse every day and right now you're playing like it's next month".

    I love this movie.

Hugo Weaving is awesome in it, even though he's behind a mask the whole time. I just re-watched it a few weeks ago, after watching 'Inside Man' - it just reminded me a lot of V, not so much because of the movie itself, just one of the main characters having their face hidden the whole time.
Profanity is the inevitable linguistic crutch of the inarticulate mother%$#@er.

Great movie. But it gets a bit boring to watch after the 30th time.

I re-watch it every now and then... it's a shame that it's overused on the netz (*coughcough4chancough*) because it's such a beautiful movie.

Easily on my top 5 list.

Definitely my favorite movie in recent years. I love everything about, and how you fall in love with a character whom you know almost nothing about.

The moment when the girl is in "prison" is pure genius, I was TOTALLY in the movie, I had a feeling I've never had before watching a movie...don't know why.

    A great, great, GREAT movie

Voila! In view humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the “vox populi” now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a bygone vexation stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin, van guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition.
The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it’s my very good honour to meet you
