Starfall use on H Nef 25

So during P1 and 3 of H nef 25, will starfall do enough dmg to Mind Controls where i shouldn't be using it? so far i have been not using it during the powerup becuase it doing 150-200% dmg. But regular starfall is it fine to use it on cooldown?


p.s. from what i've seen i do max 12k on someone and i time it to use it right after people exit the MC

I use it after electrocutes in phase 3 after everyone is slightly healed back up but dont use it if I have any stacks... Killed quite a few people during progression when you could get 150 stacks every time.
