Conviction is among the oldest guilds on the Suramar server with its original leadership intact, many of us having raided together since Molten Core. While our attitude has never been to be fully hardcore, we have found great success in our approach, and have had the opportunity to progress within every instance during the expansion in which it was released.

Considerations:

We are proud to be able to provide the following for our raiders:
• 3-hour raid blocks prevent fatigue
• Cauldrons and feasts keep costs down
• Zero-sum DKP system prevent hoarding
• Raid members elect their officers
• Relaxed environment, freeing members when RL happens

Expectations:

We are looking for some great people who can do the following:
• come to the raid prepared and with a positive attitude
• make 75% of our raids
• know their class and spec
• know the content and strategies
• be active on the forums and with their class leader
