[A] <Theory> Now Recruiting for Raiding!

<Theory> is an semi-hardcore Alliance raiding guild on the US-Arthas (PvP) server. We are currently running 10-mans, but are recruiting with 25-mans in mind as we have recently made the decision to delve into 25-man content. Keep in mind that we are a relatively new guild, and have achieved our 10/12 status in merely a month of raiding together for 9 hours a week, and expect to be raiding Heroic Tier 11 Content before the release of Patch 4.2. We also plan to step into Firelands the Tuesday that it is released.

What You Can Expect From Us
We offer a friendly but progression-minded raid environment. We continually make sure that each of our raiders is performing at the top of their game and those who are found to be under performing are worked with until performance is back on track. This is all done in a constructive manner. We do not "yell" at our raiders, and our intent is not to embarrass, but to help improve. While many of our raiders are of the younger crowd (our ages currently range from 16-20), we offer an extremely mature environment. While we do like to have fun in between bosses, during trash pulls, on off nights and etc., we know when it's time to get down to business and be serious. For our raiders, we offer free enchants and gems for main specs from the guild bank, as well as free feasts, flasks, and repairs during raids. On off nights, we offer things like Rated Battlegrounds, Heroic runs, alt runs, achievement runs through old content, as well as multiple guild Arena Teams.

What We Expect From You
We expect first and foremost that you know how to play your class at a proficient level. We can get you the gear you need, we can help you with enchants, but skill can't be "taught." Skill has to be there. Secondly, we need you to be open to constructive criticism and also be willing to recognize if you're under performing and seek help if you are unable to acquire it on your own. We also require that you are a mature player who likes to have fun and be silly when appropriate. We do an interview on our Mumble server shortly after each application in order to make sure that the personalities fit. We want to make sure before you get here that you are a player that we will have fun spending at least 9 hours a week with. We also prefer that you are a player who is typically online for more than just to raid - we want to make friends through this guild, and it's no fun to raid with people that logs in at 8:45 for the raid, logs out at midnight, and then is not seen until the next raid.

Thursday: Rated BG Night. Starts at 9:00PM EST
