Horde guild Hindsight seeks a small number of additional members in order to complete our roster for 25 man heroic raiding. Currently we have 11/13 HC in current content (+ Al'Akir 10 HC).
We look for applicants to:
* Know their class, all specs of it and how to handle them.
* Always be prepared. By that we mean fully enchanted gear, professions that are in order, consumables and so on.
* Raid regularly. Meaning at least attending 80% of scheduled raid nights.
* Respect set raid times and your guild mates.
* Understand that loot is a tool for progress and not your own aim.
* Put the long term interests of the guild ahead of your own personal agenda.

Currently we raid 1900-2400 on Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays and Sundays, with Tuesdays used as required, although we're trying to avoid raiding five nights a week where possible at the moment.
Currently we seek:
All Healers
A Hunter
Mage/Warlock
A Rogue
Dps DK with a tank offspec.
Any exceptional candidate will be given consideration regardless of their class or spec.
