I think the only J-Pop band I ever listed to was Two Mix. They were responsible for writing Gundam Wing's songs.
Here is a link to a song you might be familiar with if you watched Gundam Wing Endless Waltz. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0YKfhyrn0A

"The pudding of relativity? Let's see...Well, in other words, you take eggs, milk and sugar, and you stir it all up. Then you put a lid on it, and for about 30 minutes you steam it...Oh! If you forget the whipped cream, you're no good as a woman. Yeah." - Usagi
I know you said you prefer the girl groups but I'll link you some male group songs to see if you like any of them too
Super Junior -A-Cha
Beast - Breath
Bigbang - Monster
B.A.P - Power
EXO-K - Mama
U-Kiss - Tick Tack
And since Migari didn't include any 4 Minute songs, and they're easily one of my favorite girl groups. Here's some 4minute.
Volume up
huh
Mirror Mirror
Bababa (No MV)
And a little of both. Hyuna from 4minute and Hyunseung from Beast.
Trouble Maker
And just a little something extra.
Miryo - Dirty
Miryo is a rapper from Brown eyed girls but love her solo stuff more than B.E.G tbh
And
Boom - Let me play
Used to be a singer of some sort ages ago, now he's a comedian and just released a new song. Only a very short MV for it though.
No Brown Eyed Girls or Sistar? Or did he link them in original post.
Migari linked him some Sistar. I linked him Miryo instead of Brown Eyed Girls![]()
That song reminds me of this so much now:
I prefer Mitomi Tokoto's remix of Fantastic Baby. Epitome also has a kickass remix of Troublemaker, both better than their originals IMO.
Yeah, I was going to include them but it was too much workIf I had included all my favourite songs I'd have to work all night
The teaser was pretty bad, but I'm so looking forward to their come back. I loved the Sixth Sense album! (Is it just a single or are they releasing a full album?)
Anything from Big Bang is addicting
I guess I can include a song:

Does this qualify for J-Pop?![]()
After listening to some of the suggestions here, I really came to like Alone by Sistar, Time Machine by SNSD and starlight moonlight by Secret. So thanks again for the suggestions, they're appreciated.
Tried some of the boyband stuff as well, really not my cup of tea.
Glad you liked it.
Here's another song you might like: Wonder Girls - Be My Baby
and since you liked Secret's Starlight Moonlight (which is pretty cutesy) you might enjoy Orange Caramel: Shanghai Romance, Funny Hunny, Magic Girl & Aing
Oh, and a last song from a rookie group that's pretty good: Crayon Pop - Bing Bing

Hated Crayon Pop at first. I decided to watch it while at a friends house. He doesn't listen to Kpop and he leaned over, watched the first minute with me, and stared me in the eye. "What the hell is this shit?" Gave it another shot later, it's pretty good. They remind me of A pink. Just ooze cuteness.
Yeah I didn't like it either at first, but after a few listens it started to get better. It's not something I'd repeat over and over, but it's a decent song, especially when you consider that it's from a rookie group from a relatively unknown company.
Hopefully they'll stay around for a while and continue to improve.
(They just released a new song though, which is really bad, so who knows.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pi2qEW0-un4)
Aw![]()

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Aegyo
It's basically just "act cute"A korean word that derives from the Chinese characters "love (ae)" and "beautiful (gyo)." The closest English translation of aegyo would be "winsome," defined by the Merriam Webster Dictionary as "generally pleasing and engaging often because of a childlike charm and innocence." Not surprisingly, aegyo is considered a feminine trait, generally attributed to women who can charm men and elders through a careful balance of sweetness, cuteness, poutiness, modesty, thoughtfulness, and submissiveness. A woman with aegyo knows to blush at dirty jokes rather than guffaw along with her mouth agape. A woman with aegyo knows to let out a modest and appealing squeal and grab tight her date's hand when watching a horror movie.
Also, it's not just girls.
