I can't even enjoy the game, especially weekends groups are filled with crap players, that can't execute simple tasks cc/interrupt/move out/in. if I really want to wipe hour or two I chose heroic raids instead. Blizz should do something about it

They have. They created incentives for guild play. You should take them up on those incentives.
