BigWigs Woman Countdown sound

I just installed BigWigs.
I'm now looking for a sound of a woman counting down from 5 to 1. A sound which I can use on specific abilitys. I'm I just totally retarded to now find this in BW or is it a separate sound file?

The woman's voice comes when you go into an ability and put it on Emphasize. Doing so will make the ability more noticeable. It will flash big letters on your screen and 5 seconds before the ability happens you will hear the woman's voice.
