Kicking it into leveling / questing mode. Also rerolling..but where and what?

OK so I've been playing WoW since it released. I've healed, tanked and DPS'd. I've PvP'd, Raided and just did my own thing (leveling alts). I'm at the point where I am going back to school over the summer and I won't be able to commit to a raid schedule. And since all my friends are on my Real ID I feel I can finally re roll on another realm to start from scratch.

I want to play a Healer. Druid, Priest, Shaman, Paladin... and I'm considering an RP or RP PvP server, or a low population normal or low population PvP server.

Any ideas / advice is surely welcomed and loved ♥!
