1. This isn't anything like a GTA game.
2. From what I heard this was suppose to be a PS3 exclusive but they decided to port it into the 360.
3. I also heard that the 360 will have 3 discs because it doesn't support blue ray and the PS3 will be having 1 nice disc.
4. PSN is still down =/
So yeah up to you, I personally would go with the PS3.

When I have the option I'll always get games for the 360. My poor PS3 has been reduced to a glorified DVD player.

XBox simply because I own an XBox and can not live without this game. I have it pre-ordered and paid for.

I will get it for my XBox (I do have both, mind you).
The coice boils down to personal preference, since I like the XBox Controller better. And I like the Gamerscore system^^. Not in a hardcore way, but simply as something to keep track of.
