Edwin VanCleef. He's got great Style, and a fantastic story. And the questline that starts with his letter... Perfect boss!
Arugal. Because he also has a decent backstory and a great voice. And he teleported all over the room, when my main was my hunter I loved it ^_^
And Eranikus, because killing his Shade really helped his actual self out.
