Is the fire Impact bugging right now?

Since the new patch 4.1, I have noticed that once I use my Fire blast to spread the dot, I will only spread the living bomb dot/other dots to 2 mobs (assume there are only 2 adds)near by, and the primary target I put my living bomb at beginning loses the living bomb dot right away. It is like almost every time I spread the dots, i have to renew the living bomb to the first target. It never happened to me before.

yep impact spreading is way bugged atm lets hope blizzard can fix it fast
