my question is, if dot's (which are applied before the green potion) on the add's doing more dmg, after the change to green.

exmaple: dot dmg @ adds(blue potion) = 1000 -> same dot @ same adds = 2000 (green potion)

i never tried or looked at this, but i think it have to be like this, because debuffs are calculated @tick, and not @casting

The adds don't get a debuff that makes them take more damage.

The adds get a debuff, that removes their buff, the buff makes them take less damage.

so pre-casted dots should hit at full strength during green.

so it is a good tactic to pre-cast your dots on all the adds before green, and be able to use your aoe nukes while dots are ticking
