there is no sys req for 2 monitors
if u can plug in 2 monitors so ur card can handle it

i ran 2 monitors on like 7 years old graphic card and everything went fine

Depends on resolution and what you intend to be doing with both monitors obviously, but in 99.9% of circumstances, yes with ease.

If you plan to play Crysis 2 on one screen while playing Witcher 2 on the other and the monitors resolutions are set to 1920x1080 and the settings are on Ultra, then probably not.

My 5770 is fine with WoW and typical 2nd screen activities (browser, vent, pandora, etc). Primary screen is 1080p; secondary screen is 1280x1024.
