Fights that you two heal and/or fights that you single tank [10M]

Just wondering what comps other people are using in some encounters. This is all Normal mode, except Halfus.

BoT:
Heroic: Halfus - 2 tank, 3 heal
Twin Dragons - 1 tank, 2 heal
Council - 2 tank, 2 heal
Cho'gall - 2 tank, 2 heal

BWD:
Magmaw - 1 tank, 3 heal
Omnitron - 1 tank, 3 heal
Maloriak - 2 tank, 2 heal
Atramedes - 1 tank, 2 heal
Chimaeron - 2 tank, 3 heal
Nefarian - 2 tank, 3 heal

T4W:
Conclave - 2 tank, 3 heal
Al'akir - 1 tank, 3 heal

What about everyone else? When we PUG people in BWD we always get questioned as to why we single tank omnitron. For more dps dummy (for your health). We even pugged people from the top 3 horde guilds on Destromath and they say they have never single tanked it, which we started doing after week 3 or so.

We tried doing Cho'Gall with 1 tank, 2 heals, and it woulda works but the downside came when our Fury of Cho'gall dps offtank couldn't time Fury right since there isn't really a timer for it. That was months ago, we may try to solo tank it again but who knows.

What fights does your guild solo tank? Any fights that your guild can solo heal? Share your experiences.

Seems like a mess, so that you can get him down a little faster with an extra dps - I'll stick to two tanks for this one.

People have been single tanking ODS for some time. Our 5th Omnotron kill was made with only 1 tank. A Druid tank, in case it matters. It wasn't overly difficult, but we've 2 tanked it since.

It's really not that hard, since everyone should be attacking the active target anyways. We never break shield so it has been a non-issue. We finish the fight in 4 minutes as opposed to 7 minutes or so with two tanks. And yeah, the 1 tank tanks both active. It's pretty easy.

Its normal conclave, 1 healer on frost, 1 healer on life, and a dps with some offspec heals for wind. since the only damage is from the ultimate, a ele / shadow priest can easly do it

This is our Heroic setup with reasons etc the setup hardly changes from normal to heroic.

The tank gets ported once the switch happens, so if you get out of the twilight realm fast enough, the other drake will not have landed yet.

You guys need to get better healers if you need to 4 heal V&T and Omnitron. It's totally redundant. Omnitron being 4 healed hasn't been the strat since before 4.0.6, before the nerfs.

I've actually tried that as Elemental, yet I always die during the ultimate due to the fall-damage, and the fact that while you're up in the air, you can't really cast anything.
How do you get around that?

Healers: We always used three healers on normal. There are plenty of fights that can easily healed by two healers but we just didn't bother with it cause our dps was already pretty good. On heroic pretty much everything requires three healers. Only Al'akir we do four healers.

Tanks: 2 Tanks on every heroic fight except Atramedes and Al'akir. Al'akir stormlings are tanked by tanky dps.

2 tanks 3 healers 5 dps is the most balanced comp and every boss right now is doable with such a setup.

That's how we do it. No need to run with fewer healers or tanks as most encounters don't require it and you just put unnecessary stress on yourself by doing that.
