[H] 7/13 HM 10 man LF Exceptional Players for 4.2

Completely Different is one of the oldest and most established guilds on Terenas[H] and is a guild founded by people with extensive MMO/MMORPG experience. Pushing progression on one of the smallest raiding schedules you can find at this level, we pride our self in being efficient in the little time we spend raiding. That being said, in order to finish the tier and excel in 4.2 We are looking to bring in stronger players to make our time as efficient as possible and to guarantee there are no hang-ups in 4.2.

Primarily a hardcore 10 man raiding team, we have one philosophy; It's the quality of raid hours spent and not the quantity.

Our schedule is as follows :

Tuesday 8-12 est
Wednesday 8-12 est

Monday (farm/clear day) Optional.

Rated BG night (TBA)

Loot is handled with a very simple loot council, and is given to the player based on a number of factors including Performance, Upgrade, Attendance etc. Seniority is not a factor in Loot distribution.

You are expected to apply with the following:

-Know your class, have the most efficient and up to date spec for your role
-Have the most current gear available to you given your raiding this tier; make sure it is gem/enchanted to the best of your ability.
-Knowledge of all fights 13/13 even if you haven't seen them, our schedule requires you to understand a mechanic and how to handle it before you physically see it.
-Knowledge of both the WoW raiding community and your individual class/spec community via blogs, EJ, sims, MMO-Champ etc. Be current with changes to your class/spec and have the attitude of always wanting to improve.
-The ability to think quick, play competitively and not skill cap during difficult encounters.

CD is finishing up the tier and preparing for Firelands, and thus have opened recruiting to all exceptional players.

We are particularly interested in the following :

Healers:
Holy Paladin (Strong DPS offset)

Melee:
DPS DK (Strong Tanking Offset/experience)

Ranged:
S Priest
E Sham (healing offspecs/experience preferred for both)

Tanks:
DPS War with Strong Tank set, OT experience.
