you mean commercial pop-rap? yeah it's all over the radio..lol

you might wanna check out Gym Class Heroes (you've probably heard em before on the radio). They're extremely "pop-ish" but I still dig em.
also, if you don't mind nerd rappers, MC Lars has a bunch of stuff that kinda sounds like that.

I'm sorry but this is not commercial pop-rap. Thanks for the tip though, haven't heard of them since I don't listen to radios.

I didn't mean it as an insult. It REALLY is, though...it's a guy with proper diction rhyming about NOTHING. There's absolutely no substance to it (a defining factor of "commercial pop" imo), and very little, if anything, is unique about it. Again, I'm not trying to be insulting, it's got a good beat, and is fun to listen to (for some people) but that's not enough for me, hip-hop needs to SAY SOMETHING, not just put words together that rhyme.

I like that song for the music, and I love the beat and brass. Yes he is rhyming about nothing, true.

Although, the band you recommended me, yes, thats exactly what I imagined under "commercial pop-rap".

CunninLynguists are one of the consistently best Hip-Hop groups of the 2000's. Personally, I think they've got the strongest set of albums of any in this decade.
