Anyone have experience with Creative's RMA?
Hey guys, as the topic syas, anyone have any experience with creative RMA ?
My 3 month old headphones decided to stop working half way through a raid and I want to get them replaced asap.
No, I didn't snag the cable and im extra careful with them as I've read reviews stating they're very delicate.
(they were a gift)

I did a RMA on my Sound Card last year, https://rma.creativelabs.com/OnlineRMA/EnterProduct . I asked through Email, wasn't a big deal nothing I haven't done with XFX, ASUS and many others. If your in a rush you might want to call for support and get it done faster.
If you want it done fast. Go out and buy another pair.
Otherwise you're in for a wait.

I haven't bought a creative product in ten years for the sole reason of there customer support being crap.
That said they may have corrected it.

Their support is pretty good now at least from my experience.
