Similar to the Obsidium Shuffle where as a JC you can prospect Ore, create green rings with lesser gems and DE them for mats; Are there any Leatherworking patterns worth doing this for? I'm not a skinner and just have Leatherworking + Enchanting.
Currently there is no such pattern. Unless you can buy leathers for insanely cheap.
