TeamViewer Blocking Router Restriction

I downloaded TeamViewer on my home computer, went to the router configuration page, and it said the server was using TeamViewer, and to use Port 80 or something.

I googled that up. I enabled the option, but it still said that. I uninstalled TeamViewer and fully deleted all files. Now I can't configure my router.
What's going on?
