Who we are
<Inevitable> of Vashj is currently recruiting to bolster our ranks for Firelands! The guild core has been together since June of 2008. We lead our previous guild to realm first Immortal, Death’s Demise, Grand Crusader, and Light of Dawn, not to mention every Glory of the Raider Meta. We are a loyal progression guild that is looking to work through the up-coming content together, while remaining a close group. Many of our core raiders have taken part in most, if not all, of the heroic mode server firsts in Cataclysm on Vashj. Many of us are currently 7/13H, and the guild is currently 1/13H. Most of us have been playing since wrath & BC as well, and our previous content experience is bountiful. Raiders here aren't looked at as a piece of meat that must perform on demand or else be demoted. We DO take our raiding time seriously, but you won't be thrown out of the guild just for non-performance. We strive to remember that this is not a job, but rather a passion and hobby for our players. We expect each player to value the other raider’s time as well as their own, though; we are not lazy or uncommitted by any stretch of the imagination.

We have a core of people who have lead and kept a guild successful for almost four years. We are looking to build on that. We are looking for people who don’t have a mercenary attitude. We want people who care about each other and the guild and that will help us continue to have fun while being an extremely successful progression guild.

Holy Pally (DPS OS would be a plus)

Low:
Rogue
Enhance Sham (Interrupting pro & Healing OS)

As always, any exceptional app may apply! All applications are reviewed and considered.

When we raid
Monday: 5:30pm-9pm
Tuesday: 5:30pm-9pm
Wednesday: 5:30pm-9pm
Thursday: 5:30pm-9pm
At least one of those night we may go a little later for farm content to allow more time for progression.

All times are PST (server time).

Where our progression is
BWD: 6/6 normal - 1/6 HM (Atramedes)
BoT: 4/4 normal - 0/5 HM
Throne: 2/2 normal - 0/2 HM
(Again, most of our core is 7/13 heroic)
Our 25 man Heroic experience is Halfus, V&T, Conclave, Magmaw, Chimaeron, Atramedes, & Maloriak, as well as attempts on Omnitron.

What we expect from our raiders
*Our raiders should be online at least 10 minutes prior to the raid so that the raid can get set up on time with little to no hassle.
*All enchants, gems, and specs should be correct and the best for their class. If you need help getting enchants or gems, the guild bank can help!
*Consumables need to be brought with you to raids in case the people with the group consumables are unavailable. If a person without the cauldron is not there, you should be ready with a few of your own flasks. That being said, the guild will try to always supply raiders with these materials. Just be ready with your own... just in case!
*At least 75-80% attendance. We understand that real life can happen and you may need to miss a raid once in a while.
*Knowledge on all the fights that we are working on. We all need to know the basic mechanics of a fight, and the hard mode changes, ahead of time. Though if you have a question, never be afraid to ask!

How we handle loot
Inevitable uses a Loot Council System in order to make sure the pieces are being distributed in a way that benefits the entire guild. Attendance, performance, attitude, and previous upgrades are all taken into consideration when the loot is handled.
