This is my headset. Recently the microphone stopped working and I can't figure out why. I've tried messing with a few of the settings but it just won't work. How do I troubleshoot this or confirm that it is dead?

What did you try to resolve the issue?
Try reinstalling drivers . check cables and sound settings in control panel

I just when and got another headset, the same one, and still not working. Not sure what to do. Going to reinstall drivers now. Cables also look good.
