dk. then again anything with a dk wins...................
You can tune a piano, but you can't tuna fish.
Pretty much any class works with hunters as they have good cc, burst, and mobility. I would highly recommend that you comp with a class that can toss off heals or one that can help peel off of you.
yeah my mate is a hunter and im going to level a new char so i was wondering which is the best :P
double hunter can wreck people too.

I would suggest doing double dps as a hunter as it is now. A rogue or arms warrior works with MM, otherwise BM/Feral is good aswell

Retri and hunter was quite good before 4.1 but it is still quite decent. CC into aimedshot, chimera, readiness, chimera + hammer of wrath, templars verdict and exorcism.... 3 secs in all...dead enemy
Ret/Hunter, Rogue/Hunter or DK/Hunter imo.
I mostly see warrior hunter, lots of burst with CD's and if they come out of LoS warrior can charge and stun them to keep them in place for you to tear apart between the 2 of you in ~5seconds. I basically feel useless against this comp in 2's.
Lovely signature made by Visenna!
When in doubt get a frost dk (in case you afk out he may 2v1 them!), other than that rogue/hunter works pretty well if you play ccs correctly. Havent really played my hunter much in 2s, but hunter rogue is stupid easy ~2k because teams cant comprehend the burst quickly enough.
HUNTER + WARRIOR. That's totally viable if you know what you're doing.
I prefer rogue/hunter, it's almost as good as rogue/mage.

Don't bother, it's pretty rough unless you're really good.
Rshammy/MM
Rdruid/MM
Disc/MM
Hpally/MM
In that order are all pretty viable. You'll probably struggle at 2200+ though.
Most double dps setups should work ok, preferably you want something with enough control to keep the hunter free for nuking
Used to play hunter/ret before 4.1 with a friend, got to about 1.6k with a W:L of about 7 wins to every 1 loss. We tore that shit up.
