But it is big in Australia at the moment.

Planking involves lying face down & balanced, with arms to the side in odd locations.

Next is to get your photo taken & put it on Facebook off yourself in a planking pose.

You mean to tell me there are people in this world stupid enough to do stuff like this and think its cool/funny. NO WAY! These are the same type of people who shop in hot topic. I remember when that was the shop you went to when you wanted a band shirt. Now its the shop to get stupid random clothing for the sole purpose of going up to your friends and say "hey guys look at what i am wearing. Its so random lol."

Edit: Just watched the video. The level of idiocy these kids have is insane. How the hell do you get yourself killed doing this. These type of people are the reason we have to have labels on everything. I'm surprised they haven't put a warning on bottled water yet saying "Warning, may cause death by drowing."
