Who has the best and worst pings?

I play from Australia on Oceanic servers (Which are located in California) with average 180ms. (with latency reducing stuff) It's about 500ms normally without any help from tunnels. (I cannot play with 500ms, if they ever made ping-reducey illegal...I'd be forced to quit)
