Error while trying to log in please help.

Recently my computer was messed up and i couldnt go on it for a few days. it got fixed now but when i turn it on everything is really slow and i try to download virus scanners but none of them will download and when i try to go on starcraft, it says you need a authorized lnguage pack from blizzard. This game always worked for me before idk why its acting up now. i fixed my clock to normal time and its still not working please help.!

your gonna have to be a bit more specific and give some more info, it got messed up how? maby when it got "fixed" it wasn't done propperly.
