I don't particularly like Rift, but it has what you're looking for, and the fun lasts until you've done a rift 30 times and realize that's the rest of the game.

You can try RIFT. It's probably the closest thing to WoW. I think they have a 10 day trial. As someone who was bored of WoW, RIFT got boring pretty quick, but its different from person to person so its worth a try.
If you're bored of WoW you should try looking for something a bit different perhaps, rather than a WoW-like game. It just seems like you're asking for another WoW.

Anyway, if you don't already see where I'm going with this, allow me to spell it out: the only meaningful MMORPG "endgame" -- i.e., something novel to do after the progression process is over -- is that of the sandbox.
Lord of the Rings is free to play with hefty restrictions after level 20, but that'll give you enough time to decide if you like it hopefully. Pvp is confined to one Wintergrasp like zone, no ganking hobbits in the Shire with your Warg character. It also has a fair bit of content. I haven't tried it out myself but I gather its not as advanced as WoW heroic raiding.
