Can someone please help me?

My little brother accidentally downloaded everquest 2 on his school computer, which could lead to trouble. I tried to get rid of it, but the admins blocked add/remove programs. I went into the files and deleted everything everquest. Nothing stopped me. But, I'm unsure If I got it. When searching, nothing everquest comes up. When I check on the date it was installed it's not there. But, I can't view all programs to see if it's actually gone. I know I should let him deal with it, but can anyone tell me if there's a way to view all programs without admin rights?

Most school computers are hilariously unsecured. You could probably shut it off randomly, turn it back on, select "Safe Mode," and get everything done there.

Yeah thus thing has no security. It's antivirus isn't even active. He asked me to help him with it and it won't turn on. Also, they'll wipe it over the summer, so it's gone then. He's just unsure if they'll punish him next year, if they'll find it at all, etc.
