I'd go with a couple of Hitachi 5k3000 2TB (seems to be the sweet spot for price vs. size right now) HDDs: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822145475 $59.99 each (with $10 off promo code: EMCKEHF22 in addition to the mail-in rebate [which do say you can get two rebates]) I like current Hitachi and Samsung HDDs best right now; Seagate least.

I also don't trust OCZ SSDs (or really in general now) at all. Other than their bait-and-switch techniques on flash chips (http://www.storagereview.com/ssds_sh..._you_need_know), Sandforce performance numbers are quite inflated in real world uses. They are probably still the fastest SSD around, but not by the margin their specs claim.

I'd stick with Crucial or Intel SSDs. I run a Crucial C300 128GB (the M4 is their newer drive), but right now Intel prices are cheaper if you don't want to wait for a sale (Newegg had the 128GB M4 for $200 a week or so ago). Intel also just bumped their warranty up to 5 years for 320 series drives and you get a free game: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820167050 $219.99

Corsair CX PSUs are bad because they put too high wattage on them. For example Corsair CX600 has a 600W label but only provides 40A on the 12V rail which is 480W.
At the same time Corsair 650HX has 52A on the 12V rail which is 624W.
