What peripherals do you game with?

For years I have played with your standard mouse, cheap headset and keyboard. With my new PC parts selected I got to thinking what about the accessories? You have the Z-board that claims to be awesome and all these MMO specific things available but are they worth it? Personally I'd like something good for MMO and FPS but mainly I was just wondering what cool things you guys use. Do you think it helps you at all?

Microsoft Sidewinder X6 keyboard, because I got it really cheap:P Fucking badass keyboard for the cost.

from what ive learned after all years is atleast for me any gaming keyboard is waste of money atm im using logitech ultra flat, mouse is an whole other story, the mx500 design is really nice so any newer logitech mouse using that design should be really nice i dunno tho since im using a roccat kone+ atm and loving it.
