    Heatsink question

I was looking at getting this Noctua 6 heatsink to go with that i5 2500k and ASUS p8p67-m pro. The heatsink says it is compatible with Intel LGA 1156, LGA1366, LGA775 sockets. The chip, though is the 1155. Does this mean this heatsink won't work for this set up?
