I find it very interesting that the numbers are so close on this pole. I would like to see this pole posted on some of the dps forums because I'm pretty sure the numbers wouldn't be nearly as close. As far as PVE dps opinions, I'm almost certain that Protection would pull FAR ahead. The same would probably be true for a PVP forum with ret pulling far ahead.
I think if this pole shows anything, its that Blizz has actually done a good job of making all three pally speccs appealing and playable. Now if they could only do that for Rogues........

Still enjoying looking at those bars.
When i think of paladin, i imagine protection,
When i think of paladin in WoW, i imagine ret.
When i think of... wait... wtf is holy??
Exorcising Undead in the name of the Silver Hand!

Oh how I miss itemization for ferals/enhancement/retribution being two handed maces with intellect and strength on them.
Tanking with +spell power one handed weapons. But wings defines rets for me. There's nothing scarier than a ret that pops wings against me. Someone is going to die when that happens. And its going to be someone else before its the ret. Unless there's a mage around. Freaking spellsteal.

I think of a Paladin as a hybrid between Ret and Holy/Prot.
A warrior of light weilding a big 2 hander while having a shield on hes back and a 1 hander at hes waist.
Using the 2 hander while attacking and switching to the shield when going defensive, meanwhile healing allies.
Very interesting results.
Holy, then prot, then ret. They are protectors of the light so holy and prot make the most sense
I think of paladins more between prot and holy. A heavily plated knight resembling a Templar or Teuton with a large shield and mace/sword crushing their enemies, healing their allies with bursts of light, and destroying those who oppose the light.
All of them? =P
Faesrol.... Ret
