Wow will not run in DX11

Im using gtx 560ti in windows 7 and have tried all the methods such as

Option build in WOW that requires client restart
    Config file edit
    Short cut edit

but all i can get is the client trying to open multiple times like its trying to run dx11 -> dx10 ->dx9 and stops at dx 9...
it then change its own setting back to dx9 and wont run in dx11

Did you add -d3d11 at the end of the command line?

Did you actually update for Dx11? Here's a link:

    That's for 32-bit.

Run a DXdiag and see if Win7 is currently running DX11.

Thanks to Amalisa for this great Sig!

Windows 7 by default installs DX11, the only DX you usually need to install is DX9.

    Performance improvements, not a fix.

Go into Nvidia Control Panel and ensure that Ambient Occlusion is OFF.

I had an issue with my new card as well. I set it to dx11 and was in windowed mode, went to make it full screen and it went black. Not sure if that is quite the same problem you are having but all it took for me was actually deleting my config file in the wtf folder and restarting adjusting my settings to where i wanted and restarting and all was well.
