Addon to display when my co-tank uses cooldowns?

Ive really been looking for an addon that would allow me too see my OT's buffs cast in real time. I really want to make sure that he is intelligently using his CD's... and allow me to know if he will need a outside cooldown, like pain supp or divine guard, if his personal CD's are down.

anyone know of an addon that would fit this description?
