No way you should ever kill anyone with shadowflame unless you have dominon...it just doesn't do that much damage.

Oh it does A LOT of damage when your MC'd it's amazing

Your a Mutilate rogue, you don't have anything to change when dominion comes up. Save your vendetta, agility pot, cold blood, and/or vanish/garrote and hope to get MC'd is the only changes I would think of making.
